FTS to hike charges rates at Russian port by 4.2%

The Federal Tariff Service of Russia (FTS) has decided to increase the rates of port dues at the Russian ports on average by 4.2%, the agency said.

The average rate of port dues charged by Rosmorport is 4.25% and weighted average rates of tonnage charged by the seaports authorities 3.85%.

Having considered the rates increase, FTS, in order to curb the growth of the tariff burden on users of the services, decided to leave unchanged the rates of port dues charged by "Rosmorport" at 17 seaports of the Russian Federation, and by the port authorities in more than 30 ports of the country.
